As part of the acquisition, Biz Hub Australia will make a significant investment in renewing the core technology of EMS Solutions’ Basix platform, enhancing client experience, performance, and embracing a web-first approach.
Biz Hub Australia brings deep expertise in mission-critical government systems, as well as data and system migration and conversion technologies, positioning the combined group for accelerated innovation and growth.
In making the acquisition, Biz Hub recognised the sophisticated domain knowledge of EMS Solutions in the Community and Social Housing and Electricity Asset Management sectors, along with the dedication, capacity, and service excellence of the EMS team.
