History
Enterprise Management Systems was established in 1995 to develop and support the Enterprise Management System (EMS) software package, which at that time was in operation at 12 electricity utility clients in Australia.
The EMS business solution was a comprehensive fully integrated package.
Covering a range of financial, customer, billing, resource, works and asset management related functions, specifically tailored to the needs of the electricity distribution industry.
In 1997, EMS Solutions released
EMS-WASP™
Another comprehensive software package that provided advanced asset management and associated works management functions to large infrastructure and asset intensive organisations such as utilities, airports and local governments. Our EMS-WASP™ product is still supported and maintained for a number of utilities and other asset intensive organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand, and covers a broad range of asset and works management related functions.
In 2007, EMS released
Basix:Platform™
Which radically changed the way we approach application development and support. This innovative software platform now provides the basis for our comprehensive Basix:Housing Manager™ and Basix:Electricity Manager™ products, which are used by a number of Community Housing Providers, Electricity Distributors and Power Generators across Australia and New Zealand.
